- UK SHIPPING -
All UK orders are shipped either first class signed for or 48 hours tracked. You will receive a tracking number on your dispatch email once your order has been shipped. Orders can take between 2-4 days to arrive. Please allow the given time frame and track via Royal Mail before contacting me about your order.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -
All international orders are shipped tracked. Please be aware that you may incur a custom charge for importing goods when your order arrives in its designated country.
EU orders are taking longer than expected at the moment so please allow 4-8 weeks for your item to arrive.
All other international orders are taking up to 12 weeks to arrive. Please allow the given time frame and track via Royal Mail before contacting me about your order.
- RETURNS -
As this is an independent brand and each piece is handmade in limited numbers, I currently only offer returns if there is a fault with your item. I cannot offer any exchanges or store credit.
Each item listing, description and photos are as accurate as can be, therefor please ensure you read each carefully before purchasing as all sales are final.
If there is a fault with your order, please send an email to [email protected] along with photos of the problem. Please understand that I can only refund the total cost of the item and not postage costs. Return postage costs are also the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed. Please ensure you post your item tracked along with the correct insurance cover for the cost of the item. I can only process your refund once the item has been returned safely in all original packaging.
Refunds can take 5-10 days to process.
